Bio | Diana Hart

Diana Hart is a Canadian author, former competitive bodybuilder, and a proud member of one of professional wrestling’s most influential families. The daughter of Stu and Helen Hart, Diana is the eleventh of their twelve children, raised in the legendary Hart household that shaped wrestling for generations. Her wrestling‑involved brothers—Smith, Bruce, Keith, Wayne, Dean, Bret, Ross, and Owen—each contributed to the evolution of the sport. Her sisters are Ellie, Georgia, and Alison. Ellie married Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, making Diana the aunt of WWE star Natalya, while her sister Georgia is the mother of Teddy Hart. Natalya, Teddy, and Diana’s son Harry represent the family’s third generation of professional wrestlers.

Diana is the former wife of WWE icon Davey Boy Smith, “The British Bulldog,” and the proud mother of Harry Smith and Georgia Smith. Harry—known globally as Davey Boy Smith Jr.—has become a standout heavyweight in Japan’s hard‑hitting wrestling scene, carrying forward the family’s tradition of technical excellence and strong style. His approach reflects the influence of his father Davey and Davey’s first cousin the Dynamite Kid. They were the British Bulldogs and their revolutionary blend of high‑flying athleticism, catch wrestling, and intense strong style reshaped the sport tremendously and continues to inspire wrestlers worldwide.

Though Diana never wrestled professionally, she has been part of some of wrestling’s most memorable chapters. She stood beside Davey during his historic Intercontinental Championship victory over Bret “Hitman” Hart at Wembley Stadium, a match still celebrated as one of the greatest in WWE history. She later joined Davey and her brother Owen as part of Team Cornette during their run as WWF World Tag Team Champions, and she appeared in several major storylines of the era—including the high‑profile angle involving Davey and Shawn Michaels in 1996, and the emotionally charged storyline between Bret and Davey at the In Your House pay‑per‑view in Hershey, Pennsylvania in 1995.

Diana’s daughter, Georgia Smith, plays a vital role in preserving and celebrating the family legacy.
